I explained everything to Nick over the phone, and rather than wasting money on replacing parts unnecessarily, we agreed to start with a proper diagnosis. He pinpointed the faulty injector, and we got it sorted for a surprisingly reasonable price. The car is now running perfectly! I was originally planning to do the brakes and servicing myself, but Nick gave me such a reasonable quote compared to other places that I decided to leave the rest to him as well. He did a great job, and what really stood out was his honesty. When he checked my rear brake pads and saw they were still in good condition, he told me there was no need to replace them and that I could keep using them. "Big thanks to Nick from Euro Prestige and Performance. He came out to my workplace and did a service plus repaired the mechatronic unit on my Volkswagen Golf’s transmission, all while I was at work. Didn’t have to take a day off or organise a lift anywhere, my car was sorted and I left work without a problem. Pricing was really fair too, especially for the level of work involved. Mechatronic repairs aren’t cheap anywhere, so having a mobile mechanic who’s affordable and actually knows VW gearboxes properly is a rare find.
